Our beautiful 86-place centre is located on Hopetoun Street, next to Bray Park State School and just a short distance from Holy Spirit School. Our daycare centre is designed to provide families with exceptional early education and childcare at all times. From Nursery through to Kindergarten, our five classrooms are equipped with natural resources to complement our curriculum, and ensure children are stimulated, engaged, and inspired at every stage of their learning journey.
We embrace the natural beauty of the Bray Park environment, and we incorporate natural and sustainable materials throughout our centre. Your child will delight in exploring our outdoor playgrounds, where they’ll have incredible adventures on our forts with their friends, build masterpieces in our sandpits, practice their bike riding skills on our bike tracks, and develop a love for our natural world as they help take care of our vegetable gardens.
Family-orientated care
At Bray Park Early Learning Centre, family and community is at the heart of everything we do. We love being a part of the wonderful Bray Park community, and our centre is designed to be a home-away-from-home for our families – a nurturing community where everyone belongs. We work in collaboration with our families, to encourage children to become independent, creative, curious, and active learners in life.
Our values and beliefs
We believe that children learn best in a happy, nurturing, and respectful environment. We believe in nurturing every child’s individual learning journey and fostering their unique talents and interests, to ensure they become successful life-long learners. We value children, quality, and partnerships and strive to build respectful and trusting relationships with our children, families, and our community.
Diversity, inclusion, and belonging
We acknowledge and pay our respects to the Kabi Kabi, Jinibara and Turrbal Traditional Custodians, and their elders past, present and emerging, on whose land we build our community.
We embrace the rich diversity of our Bray Park community, and strongly promote inclusion of all races, cultures, genders, and ethnicities at our centre. We believe it is of the utmost importance to promote a sense of belonging and inclusion for all children, to nurture them and ensure they feel safe and secure in their learning environment.
Working in partnership with our families
At Bray Park Early Learning Centre, we believe it takes a village to raise a child, and we value building strong partnerships with our families. We encourage parent input and feedback into our educational programs and their child’s individual learning journey. We place great emphasis on developing these partnerships through open and regular communication, including daily discussions, parent information evenings, and through our online parent portal, KindyHub.
We are so pleased to have your family join us as part of our Bray Park Early Learning Centre family. We look forward to celebrating educational and developmental milestones with you and creating wonderful life-long memories together.
